Trash day is on Wednesdays. There are two companies that pickup trash in Sugar Sands subdivision. One will pickup the trash where the cans are next to the house. The other companies will pickup if next to the road. So it's best to take the cans to the road on Tuesday night to ensure that they get emptied!

We ask that children do not use the elevator or if they do, they are accompanied by an adult. Please make sure that both the slide door is shut after entering the elevator and also exiting the elevator. The elevator will not move if both slide door and regular door are not shut.

Mexico beach has many different food trucks that have incredible food and offer fun environments. Hunts seafood is good and is only 10 - 12 minutes away. The White Marlin is a must try and is in Cape San Blas. It's known for their fine dining and incredible views!
